As the exclusive broker for the developer, the Shooting Star Real Estate Team has represented buyers and sellers in over 90% of all Shooting Star sales. In most real estate transactions, the team has represented both the buyer and the seller as intermediary agents. More than 90% of Shooting Star sales are private transactions and not reported in the MLS system or on other websites. This allows our clients to benefit from our unique perspective when buying or selling real estate in Shooting Star. Shooting Star’s sales team, as ranked by Real Trends in the Small Teams category, has led Teton County in sales volume in 2020, 2021, and 2023 and was ranked 10th and 47th in the country in 2020 and 2023, respectively. Our team also represents buyers and sellers outside of Shooting Star.

Tara Dolan Adell, a proud Jackson Hole native, brings a personal connection to the area, specializing in land, cabin, and home sales within Shooting Star and Teton County. Her commitment to preserving the natural beauty of the Tetons aligns perfectly with her clients’ goals.

Mike Kramer adds a unique perspective with his design expertise, having worked with Tom Fazio on Shooting Star’s iconic golf course.
